Store Policies offers the following Returns Policy:
You are welcome to return any unopened unused merchandise that is returned in the same condition it was sent. Returned items must have original tags, materials, booklets,and be undamaged to qualify for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Returns must be received by our shipping staff within 14 business days of the item being received by the customer. Tracking information will be used to determine the date of delivery.

If there are extenuating circumstances that made it impossible to return an item in the 14 day period, please contact us so we can approve an extension. This would apply to active military, disaster areas, acts of God, etc.

Non Returnable Merchandise:
Items we cannot accept returns on due to the personal nature of the item. These items include the following list:

  • Any hat, bandana, or item that can be worn on the head, neck, or shoulders.
  • Any body jewelry, earrings, clips, attachments, hair clips, etc.
  • Any scarf, bag, purse, shoulder bag, cloth material, corduroy, or hemp material
  • Any necklace, bracelet, anklet, ring, or jewelry as a whole made of silk, hemp, cotton, etc.
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or does not contain all of its material.
Our policy on non returnable merchandise is straight forward and should be easy to understand. We can not risk accepting a return on an item that may have come into contact with any number of known pests, i.e., bed bugs, lice, etc. Body jewelry and piercings are obviously items that can come into direct contact with the body, body fluids, and or personal areas of the body. All items are new and sterile. This policy is for the protection of our customers as well as our employees, office, and business as a whole.

Return Policy: Defective or Damaged Items

In the event of loss or damage to an item, please inform us within 72 hours of receipt of the package so we can replace the item, issue a credit or refund. lost or damaged items are rare. This does not mean items you broke or lost, but items arriving with a manufactures defect, broken, or that cannot be located via tracking.

When making a return please include your invoice number and name. If we don't know who sent the package we can't issue a refund.

Return shipping is paid for by the buyer, unless the item is defective or broken, in which case we will issue a shipping concession once the item has been returned. If the item is returned by the post office due to an incorrect address, an expired forwarding address, no forwarding address, or the package is refused, shipping charges will be applied. Please make sure you have your shipping address correct.

Steal This Club! members reserve the same rights and privacy as all subscribers and/or customers of Random Fun Stuff. Steal This Club! members will stand the chance of being drawn in a prize drawing. This will not affect your privacy in anyway. All that would be announced is the last 2 digits of the order number and perhaps a first name. Prize information will be kept on file at our office and other than informing other potential winners of the winning and the last two digits drawn to verify a winner, all personal information will be kept private.

Random Fun Stuff does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others under any circumstance.

All items are shipped from the Random Fun Stuff office. We do not drop ship or hire any outside party to monitor, packages, or perform any of the duties related to shipping, customer service, warehousing, or processing of any order. All items are shipped with discretion in mind.
